Partnering with Franchise Council of Australia

As we work to enhance our service offering for our franchise clients, we’ve joined the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) – the peak body for the $146 billion national sector. Our membership will put us in closer contact with franchise businesses countrywide and help us strengthen our understanding of the industry ever further.
FCA represents franchisees, franchisors and services providers to the sector. The organisation provides information and education, as well as a platform for members to network, share ideas and work through challenges.
As a member, we’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with franchisors and franchisees; allowing us to truly understand the hurdles each business faces and identify the GapMaps tools that can give their brand the optimum chance of success.
Our work within the franchise space to date has seen many clients employ GapMaps to de-risk their investment decisions and create a competitive advantage when analysing potential sites. Along with identifying existing sites or development applications in a region, businesses can understand the demographic profile of their customers, including household type and income.
We recently partnered with Commercial Real Estate to give aspiring franchisees the opportunity to access GapMaps’ location data when searching for properties on Commercial Real Estate and thereby have visibility of other relevant businesses. GapMaps franchisor clients can also see Commercial Real Estate listings within the mapping platform itself; a valuable piece of information when it comes to understanding potential growth opportunities.
